In order to download a copy of Photoshop CS5 to a new laptop, I need to use an email address other than the one I originally used to buy the product

I bought Photoshop CS5 for my son in 2012.   At the time of purchase, I used the email address <Removed by moderator>   Sometime in early 2014, I was no longer able to access my Hotmail address.

In late August of 2015, my son bought a new laptop.   He asked me for the password for my email address <Removed by moderator>which I no longer knew.   He indicated he needed to provide it to Adobe in order to initiate the download process.

I was told by Adobe customer service to establish an Adobe Id and register my new email addresses <Removed by moderator>' and '<Removed by moderator> which I have done.

My son is still unable to download Photoshop CS5 using either of these email addresses.   Can you please help.   I've been trying to solve this problem since September of 2015.
