Trying to purchase a plan and keep receiving the incorrect billing reply. I have checked all details and they are correct.

I had the same problem. Just figured out my credit limit was lower than the Creative Cloud price lol

Havr already tried to speak to online chat but waiting over an hour for someone to not text back is frustrating, therefore cannot speak to anyone

I am not in a position to call and looking on the net this is a common problem that people are suffering quite oftem

Either you call Adobe or you chat with Adobe. There are no other options.
