Incorrectly Flagged as Logged In To Too Many Devices

Creative Cloud has gotten the idea that I am logged into too many devices, and it only ever shows me the two devices I am logged into (my MacBook Pro and my iMac even when I'm not using my Macbook, sometimes evne when it is just down entirely). This has gotten to the point where I have to reset my password every couple of months because CC is insisting my account is being shared and this is very annoying to have to go through when I have deadlines.

It means this, which is what I see when I go there right after having the notice pop up. All I have running is Premiere on my iMac.

if "Creative Cloud was only ever showing me the two devices I was logged in on, means your adobe account (https://account.adobe.com) only shows your two computers, tthen there's probably a problem on adobe's end and there's not much you can do but hope they fix it.

otherwise, explain what that quote means.

I do not have 2FA enabled currently, but I don't see how that would fix my problem when I have never seen a device signed in that I did not expect when it gives me the list.

I thought I was pretty clear that Creative Cloud was only ever showing me the two devices I was logged in on, and also I signed out of everything when I changed my password, only for CC to flag me a month or two later for the same thing.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and sign out from all devices

then enable 2fa, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/secure-your-adobe-account.html

then sign into your computer(s) as needed.
