My plan is 23.14 & now you want to increase it!!!  I have been with you for years!! What's up???

I have checked the membership associated with the email that you have registered with forums.There is no increase in price

for your plan i.e Adobe export PDF.You may also Contact Customer Care for help and support.

What is the name of your plan? There have been price increases on some of the plans. What is the target price Adobe announced? Do you have participated in a special discount rate that is running out?
