InDesign CS6 testversion into licensed version

I've used the InDesign CS6 test version. Now the test period is over. I'm asked to license the software and to type in a serial/product number.

I've got an Adobe ID, I registered as a paying customer (for InDesign Creative Cloud, by default).

But I still don't have a serial/product number to continue using "my" version/to turn it into a licensed version.

On my oldish computer with an older operating system (Mac OS X Mavericks) I am unable to install Creative Cloud apps.

How can I get CS6 running on my computer (without upgrading my operating system and without the detour via creative cloud)?

Where do I get a serial/product number? (It's not on my account, as support says, since I haven't been able to download/install a CC product.)

    Correct answer Ned Murphy

Adobe is no longer selling CS6 products so if you want to get a license for a CS6 product you will need to find a third party vendor and take your chances there.

    Thank you, Ned!

I understand that Adobe is no longer selling CS6 products. But I don't understand at all why I should take chances with third parties while I could simply pay a monthly fee and get a licence for the old CS6 version.
