InDesign didn't allow me to download, I've been charged twice now, never used the programme and the customer service phone number doesn't work.
I've been round in circles with the Help centre on the Adobe website and I am getting absolutely nowhere. I downloaded InDesign a month ago and it wouldn't download, I sought help from the Apple store who tried to assist me but it still would not download. I then went onto the Adobe website to find a phone number to call and couldn't find anything, the website just keeps sending you in circles.
Now this month they've recharged me for a programme that I still haven't been able to download. I can't find a phone number to call to cancel the programme and I still can't download the programme for whatever reason. Adobe have got to make their website simpler when it comes to getting help, it feels like their desperately avoiding people calling them and complaining, complaints are good and you should make it easier for people to contact you.
As for my problem, I would appreciate the reimbursement for at least one of the months that they've charged me for a program that I've never used.
