Indesign doesn't work at all on windows7

I'm using CC (lastest v3.4.3.189) on my PC (windows 7).

Photoshop and Dreamweaver are works well.

But only InDesign doesn't work at all.

Nothing happens at all when I click the [open] button of indesign on CC panel,.

I can see the indesign.exe only in process pannel of task manager.

But there's no indesign window.

what's the problem?

I did uninstall and re-install indesign, and tried empty the folder (\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign).

but it still doesn't work.

Help me, Please!

No, Nothing happens in a different user account.

and I tried that in link already, How can I fix this?
