InDesign how to register?

Hi there,

I got hit by a Trojan virus last month... had to deinstall and reinstall Indesign and Illustrator again.

Illustrator is working fine, but InDesign is not.  I can't delete stuff.... and the ID icon in the bottom toolbar is kind of 'ghosted'.  Thinking this might be a registration problem - but don't know how to register from this point. Do I need to deinstal and reinstal again?

    Do you receive an error message when you try to open InDesign?   What operating system are you using?  What steps did you go through to remove and reinstall InDesign?  What other steps have you tried so far to resolve your current difficulties?
