InDesign Installation problem

Hello, I am trying to install InDesign but the installation is not loading. It keeps sending me back to the sign in page online.

I would like to ask help about how to solve the issue. My firewall setting is off and I do not have antivirus.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
