My Indesign is still not downloading and it's been about two weeks I have not had it. I am paying for this software and I need it for school. If someone could get back to me asap it would be very much appreciated. Thank you

my situation is still not solved can you please connect me with someone that can help me. I haven't had indesign for two weeks and I've paid for a month and it has really inconvenienced me


using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

do you have the cc desktop app installed https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

did you install indesign using the cc desktop app?

I just installed that but its saying this now and I already downloaded creative cloud.
