Indesign not compatible with my system

Hello,

I suscribed to the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan.

My OS version is 10.14.16, but I can't update it because there's not enough space on my drive.

The problem is that most creative cloud apps including Indesign and Illustrator are "not compatible" with my system and I can't find older versions to download.

How can I do ?

Thank you !

Hi Thank you for your answer!

I can't find direct links on prodesigntools though, only that page https://prodesigntools.com/creative-cloud-2021-direct-download-links.html explaining how to contact Adobe via the live chat, but it's a bot that won't answer me correctly.

About storage, unfortunately I have a macbook air with 120go internal storage and can't possibly free up more space, almost everything is stored on clouds and only apps use that space.

uninstall everything cc then update your os.

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

update your os

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hi

You can find download links to older versions here https://prodesigntools.com/

You mention not enough space on your drive, you really need to free up space your system drive as this could cause you issues installing and running Adobe apps

You must have a lot of apps that takes up so much space, I not a MAC user but 120GB although not ideal shouldn't be full with applications alone.

Maybe you need to take a look here

https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT206996

Internal storage is cheap, you should be able to install a larger capacity drive into your system and then update the MAC OS
