indesign not working

It is indicated that indesign is running in the background process. But the program doesn't work.
I bought all the apps. And it worked until yesterday.
I deleted the program today. and reinstalled.
But still the program doesn't work.

never delete a cc program. it should be properly uninstalled using the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

 

when you uninstall, opt to remove preferences, too.  they may be corrupt causing the problem.

 

then reinstall using the cc desktop app.
