InDesign Offline Installer

I am trying to assist my colleague with installing the Creative Cloud application so that he is able to download and install the InDesign Suite that he has purchased.  When he tries to run the Creative cloud installer the progress bar moves and then terminates half way and crashes the installer application with the following fault in the event log:

Is there an offline installer available for InDesign so that he does not require this as a prerequisite for the installation of his program ?

      There are offline installers for the programs themselves, but you still need the CC app for licensing, so this achieves nothing. The rest we can't know. You have not provided any system information.
