InDesign refusing to install

So, I have a yearly CC membership through my company and I tried this morning to use InDesign and it keep freezing. So, I uninstalled it and tried to install again and now it tells me that I have successfully installed even though there is nothing there in the Applications folder. I have had it installed I purchased the membership 4 months ago and now it doesn't seem to want to work. I can install any other application, but for some reason InDesign is a no go. Please Help!!! Thank you
