InDesign won't open

I've installed the trial version of InDesign and when I try to open it I get a "timed out" error message, then my browser closes.  I'm using a PC.  Any ideas?

What are you clicking on before you receive the timed out message?  Are you trying to still download the software?  Is it a purchased version of InDesign or are you downloading the trial?  Finally which web browser are you using?
