InDesign won't open or reinstall past 30 percent
Is anyone else having an issue with inDesign today, Feb 26? Will not open, and now it will only reinstall up to 30%????

As you have mentioned you are unable to open InDesign and the reinstall also doesn't work.
Please let us know the version of InDesign you are using along with your computer's operating system and its version.
Do you see any error message/codes when you try to install or open the software, if yes the please share that with us. You can also share a screen shot of the error screen, see: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?
Meanwhile if you have a Creative Cloud version of InDesign then you may try turning off any system optimizer, anti-virus, system firewall , internet & browser security software's installed on your machine and then follow the steps given here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app " and retry the installation.
