Initial Start-Up Problems and Subscription

I tried to get though to Adobe but without success, and got cut off from their phone line after waiting an age. My problem is that I subscribed for the first time and downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud to install Photoshop and Lightroom Classic but my old laptop wasn't fast enough to keep up with all the processing it needs to do for this, so the whole application has been unuseable. I have now bought a new PC with a fast enough processor but have been trying to ask Adobe to refund me on 2-months sub that I have been unable to use and to ask how I can inform them my old laptop won't be using the programme anymore so won't count as part of my 2-pc subscription limit. If anyone can help I'd be grateful, but this is no substitute for a company just being there at the end of a line!

As soon as you start and activate your third install, you get asked which one of the two other installs need to be disabled. You can play that game ad infinitum.

It's probably unlikely to receive a refund. All of Adobe's apps have their system requirements available online, so that you can check if your PC can run them prior of purchasing a subscription.

As for deactivating software on your old device, please read the following pages:
