Inquiries concerning penalty charges

Hi. I am a 23-year-old college student living in Korea I've been using the Adobe program well for months. He was told that he would have to pay 96,000 won in fines if he cancelled the plan. I rebuked myself for not reading properly before buying. I'm one of those who likes and writes adobe programs. I'd like to spend it to the end of my life, but now I'm in financial trouble. With broad generosity, I leave a message of gratitude if you understand me just once.
