Insert images as the floating images on Adobe Spark

There's a problem while using the Adobe Spark. How can I insert images as the floating images, not the background images? 

Some PNG files could be the floating images, some are the backgound images. I coundn;t find a solution or standard for this problem. If anyone knows the solution, please tell and help me. Thank you.
