Instal my Master Collection CS6 on a new computer? Is FULL download Available?

Hi everybody!
Please ... My computer get broken ... No way to bring it back, I have to reinstall everything on a new HD.

My question is: how to Instal my Master Collection CS6 on new computer?

I mean ... I need a FULL download, then I can fell my serials. Is it possible or I need to wait till I will be in my country (I am abroad now) to use CD-Roms?
