Instalacion - No puedo instalar CC, me dá error 50

He intentado 4 veces realizar la instalación de 2 productos (Dreamweaver, InDesign) descargo el instalador de CC y dá ERROR 50, pero no mas informacion.

Por favor necesito una solucion, recién he pagado la suscripción y no puedo utilizar ningún programa.

Solucionado usando esta solucion:

Rename the following OOBE folders to OOBE.old:

  • \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
  • \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

(otras opciones: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html )

Una verguenza el bug de Adobe y la poca información que hay al respecto.

El chat online no existe, tampoco hay información acerca del error y no encuentro una forma de comunicarme con soporte.

best would be you use Contact Customer Care = http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and click through the position 'till you reach the chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
