Instalation failed Windows 8

I've recently purchased Creative cloud, all good until trying to download photoshop or lightroom.

I get this Error message :

ERROR: Third party payload installer vcredist_x64.exe failed with exit code: -2147024891

ERROR: Failed to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64). Please try installing it by double clicking on the executable at "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\{5836C91A-B558-441B-9B56-DEC403588066}\Photoshop_16_LS20_win64\Adobe CC 2015\payloads\Microsoft VC 2012 Redist (x64)\vcredist_x64.exe", or download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x64) from Microsoft website - www.microsoft.com

I did as indicated in the message, but the microsoft visual just crashes or says acces denied.

Any help would be appreciated.

After uninstalling both of these particular VC runtimes ( VC++ 2012 (x86) and (x64)), reinstall from Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center. Also, make sure you do install the security update as well from: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999.

If the above fails, rename Caps folder to Caps-old..

Note :  You might need to uninstall and reinstall CC apps except  Adobe Creative Cloud app .

Location :

C: > Program Files(x86) > Common Files > Adobe.

Inside Adobe folder , you can locate Caps folder .
