Instalation problems on Catalina Os

I tryed many timesto install Creative Cloud but never goes more then 21,5%, if i try just one app at the time not go foward then 10%, antone knows what can be wrong, i have Mac.

I am having the exact same issue, doesn't download past 21.5%
