the current version is (generally) v.23.  v21 (generally) is the last version compatible with your os and cannot be used for the trial.

with a subscription, you can use v21.  so, you would need to subscribe, test v21 on your computer, and if unsatisfactory, cancel within the trial period or you will be charged for 1 month (with monthly subscription), or for 6 months (with an annual subscription whether paid monthly, or not).

Hi @danielle cris245170730ak9,

Only the latest two versions of the Creative Cloud apps are supported and available for download. You can try and download the older versions of the Creative Cloud apps from the following website. If the links mentioned on the website don't work, then it means that Adobe has discontinued providing the download and genuine installers are not available anymore. Be circumspect if someone contacts you claiming to provide an installer in such a case.

As of my information, the trial can only be done with the latest version of the software.

Yes that is correct, during trial I suppose the user is not able to download previous versions(that option is maybe not available via Creative Cloud Desktop app). However it will be interesting to see that if one has an installer at hand what would happen then. In my opinion it would launch as a trial, but not sure.
