    Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

    Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

    Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

    Do you have the required 64bit computer operating system?

    I have installation error at the very start of installation. I have added screenshot of the error. I download many installation files & try to install but still the same error shown by every adobe after effects cc 2015. Help me please. regards
