Install apps on two computers?

I've had a cc photography plan (student and teacher edition) for a few months now.  Currently I have it installed on one computer and it works just fine but now I want to install it on another laptop.  Photoshop was previously installed on the new laptop with a free trial.  Once the free trial ran out I tried uninstalling it and the Creative Cloud "hub" and reinstalling it once I was logged into my account, but it still says that the trial has ran out and I can't download it.  I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot or tell me what I'm doing wrong.
