Install button within CC does not do anything when clicked.

I'm the admin for our CC for Team and I have a team member that has been assigned licenses for Photoshop CC and InDesign CC but the Creative Cloud application does not respond when the 'Install' button is clicked.  Another odd issue is that ALL CC applications have the 'Install' button next to them even though the user does not have the license for the other applications.  I have tried having them exit out of the CC application, resent them an invitation and re-launch the CC application to no avail.  They've also restarted their machine since installing CC.

Has anyone seen this before?


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please try to update Creative Cloud to the latest version.

1. Remove Creative Cloud app -
