Install CC 2015

I need to install the 2015 versions of Adobe Acrobat DC, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I have plug-ins that do not work with the newer versions. I've attempted to follow the instructions to download them via the Creative Cloud app, but there is no option to download a previous version that I can see. The only option I have is to uninstall the 2019 versions. My work situation does not allow for me to be able to install them from anywhere outside of the Adobe website or Creative Cloud app.

I have found the page to download legacy versions of Illustrator and Photoshop, but that still leaves me without Acrobat and InDesign.

Correct answer

As I mentioned in my original post, this option is not available to me.

Sorry but the screenshot you posted was the preferences for the CC app so I assumed you where looking in the wrong place

You mention this bit "My work situation does not allow for me to be able to install them from anywhere outside of the Adobe website or Creative Cloud app"

Are you able to download them from here, you will need to follow the instructions carefully

Note: Very Important Instructions

I should probably explain how I got into this situation, as it may assist in figuring out what I should do next.

I had CC 2015 installed on my computer. I received a notification that my license would be expiring on November 29th. After engaging with my IT department, they pushed through an update that was supposed to fix the licensing issue. That is when the Adobe Creative Cloud app became installed on my computer. I installed further updates, which installed CC 2019, but as trial versions. I contacted my IT department again, and they informed me there was an issue they've been having that required them to run a serialization package to activate CC 2019. Upon attempting to run this package they realized they needed to uninstall CC 2019 and install CC 2018 for it to work.

After IT installed CC 2018 and ran the package, I realized my plug-in was incompatible. I contacted them again and they instructed me to uninstall CC 2018 while they unsuccessfully tried to figure out how to install CC 2015. That leads me to where I'm at now. I have no idea why they've been unsuccessful, but they've pretty much left the situation in my hands to fix.

Hi Buccij,

As you have mentioned you would like to install previous versions of Adobe CC apps, you may do so by following the steps shared in the following thread: How to install previous versions of CC software?

Note: You will only be able to access previous versions if you have a purchased license of Adobe CC Subscription.

Let us know if this helps.

Hi Bani,

I don't have this option available under my preferences, as per the screenshot below.

Hi

You do it from the main screen on the Apps tab
