Install CC in Windows 10: Failed to start Coresync

Hello, I have installed Creative Cloud in Windows 10 and meet this problem. I have found solutions but unfortunately, this problem just occur to Mac. So i could soooo grateful for your help

It says that: Failed to start Coresync. Could not create ~\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Coresync

Baoc96360251 I would recommend utilizing the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to remove and reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  If you have any questions regarding any of the steps listed please update this discussion.
