Install CC on new hard drive

I had to replace my hard drive and now Adobe will not allow me to install CC on the replacement drive. Same computer - new drive. Both "install on new computer" and "install on other computers" will not work. Adobe only offers me the option of trying CC not downloading. I am unable to see how many computers Adobe thinks I have CC on.

How do I install CC on this new drive?

I found the problem. I have two Adobe accounts - one old - that is not connected to CC. I signed in to this old account by mistake and it would not allow access to CC. I signed in to new account and downloaded CC without problems. Thanks for the help and sorry for the confusion!

Are you able to sign on successfully to the CC app?
