install cs2 on win7 app says need to activate. How to do it?

My Win7 machine crashed.  Trying to rebuild. Installed old CS2 Photoshop (still good tool). Installed but now asking for activation code.  Your activation server is down and the phone option not supported now.  What to do?

    Uninstall the CS2 currently installed on your drive.

    Download the special, non-activation version of CS2 from

    Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3

    Install then enter the special, non-activation serial number provided at the link above. Your existing serial number will no longer work.
