install error #151 Mac

Brand new iMac- trying to install trial version of cc but when trying to install I get to 6% then an 

error code  # 151 : (unable to create symbolic link)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3x. Rebooted Mac. Still get the same error message....

help....
