Install errors

I have downloaded CS5.5 and the only element not too install was illustrator I continue to get an error message when I try to install

The errors as follows

    It lists some common reasons and solutions for the error.

    Hi, please rename Media_db and pdb files to Media_db_old and pdb_old from C/Program Files/ Common Files/ Adobe/caps, if it is 32 bit computer or C/Program Files(x86)/ Common Files/ Adobe/caps, if it is 64 bit computer or /Library/ Application Support/ Adobe/ caps, if it is Mac computer and then install the product.

    Unisntall everrything, then run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and try again.
