Install Errors w/CS5

I'm attempting to install to Windows 11.  On ititial attempt, I received Runtime Error before even getting to 1%.  I have since changed Compatibility mode to Windows 7, am Running As Administrator, disconnected the internet, stopped my Anti-Virus software, and chose to only install Dreamweaver, instead of the full Suite.  This actually got me up to 13%, before receiving the following error.  I truly appreciate your input, and willingness to help.

"Runtime Error!"  Program: C:\Users\bobbi\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\DWA\Setup.exe   This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.   Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I'm saying this as web developer. Nobody should be using obsolete web authoring software.  Web devices (mobile, tablets, hybrids), browsers and code standards have changed too much since 2010 when CS5 came out.   Even if you could install it, outdated web authoring software is of no practical use to anyone in 2023.

Get modern software.  If not Dreamweaver CC which is minimally maintained now, then please use something else.

Thank you Nancy, very valid point, which I had not even considered.  I had tunnel vision, and was just trying to load some part of the CS5 Suite.  In hind site, I probably should have chosen Photoshop

Thank you John T for your links.  I downloaded and ran the CS5 Cleanup Script, and then installed the Visual C++ link you provided.  I was successfully able to download DreamWeaver.  However, when I attempted to go back and download the rest of the Suite, the download failed.  What are your thoughts?

Do you mean download, as in copy a file from a server to your computer... or do you mean install?
