Install failing on Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign

I have been trying all day to get CS6 to install on my machine. I was on phone support for almost 4 hours and got nowhere. I have done an reinstall of Mac OSX (Not a fresh install). I have dumped all preferences, caches, used the clean up tool, used the root user, and just about everything is between.

I am running a 17" Macbook Pro with 8GB Ram and the i7 Processor. I am running the OS and all apps on an internal SSD drive and the user profile is on a standard HDD.

Below is the error I am getting now:

Exit Code: 6

Please see specific errors and warnings below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DF027, DW063 ...

Which version of MAC OS do you have?

Do you have any other adobe applications installed on the machine including the CS6 beta?

Looks like a permissions specific issue. Please try the below suggestions and see if that helps.

> Enable and login to the Root user : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528

> Uninstall the CS6 completely from the mahcine and run the cleaner tool as well. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

> Run the "Repair disc permissions" :  http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=DiskUtility/11.5/en/7070.html

> Reboot the machine and login to root user.

> Try to install CS6 now and check.

Enable root user account and then install the software.

Yeah, I already tried using the root user and no luck. Any other ideas?

Perhaps the ominous hidden Library folder issue?
