Why do all of the desktop application installations fail with this message:

Photoshop: how to install

Error

We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

(Although the application name matches the respective application).

The troubleshooting guide refers to error numbers but none of the failures provide error numbers.

Extrabacon please utilize a different web browser or begin the installation process through the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You can find additional details on how to install the Adobe Creative applications included with your membership at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

Neither Firefox 34 nor Chromium 39 work - they have the same result ("We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support.").

I would expect that if it did not like my browser it would state that rather than making a claim about "experiencing some issues".  This seems like a problem with the web page or the Adobe servers.
