Your OS doesn't meet the minimum system requirements.

You may refer Photoshop system requirements

& InDesign system requirements

My windows version is supported. But it still shows error code 190 while updating Photoshop beta...

Hi I get that same error on Windows server 2016 trying to install Photoshop CC 2019:

Jcmichaud, Error 190 indicates the operating system does not meet the minimum system requirements. Please use an operating system that is listed in Photoshop system requirements if you wish to install Photoshop CC 2019.

So I can't use Windows server 2016, version 18 and 19 of Photoshop installed correctly on Windows server 2016, what am I missing?

I received a similar error on my Macbook Pro (retina, 13-inch, Late 2012) which has an OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5 Does this mean that a new computer is needed? I did a software update on my Macbook (prior to knowing that the OS was the issue) and tried to use the links for the older Adobe products already (Download Creative Cloud apps). Trying to become computer savvy and looked through the system requirements but haven't been able to decipher a solution. Is there anything solution short of buying a new computer? If not, why?
