Install Issue

I have an open case number 0215375821.  I restored a time machine backup copy on my Mac.  After the restore Photoshop CS4 no longer worked.  I uninstalled it, there is not a file under applications -> Utilities -> Adobe Installer.  When I try to install the application from the cd again I receive the following error message: Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue.  Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance.

    Try installing Photoshop CS 4 using downloaded installer file and check :
