Install Issues

So I have downloaded photoshop, and whenever I try to run it, or any other adobe app, I get a system error code that reads "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling this program may fix this problem". There have many reinstallation attemps, but with no success. Any tips on what to do?

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
