Install JUST PS CS6 from CS6 Master Suite Collection Student/Teacher Edition (Digital)

I received the CS6 Master Suite Collection from my University (Digital Copy) and I only want to install Photoshop. I have the serial number for Master Suite CS6 but the serial does not work for JUST PS CS6. I can download PS CS6 but during the install it crashes after it gets through 100% of the install and it says the following items can not be installed and it shows the PS CS6 icon. What can I do to get this issue resolved?

Nothing stops you from just installing PS, but you need the proper suite installer. Standalone program installers do not work with suite serials. Download the full MC, then choose custom install options by ticking off the programs you don't need. Since you most likely have made a mess of the installer database with your foolhardy attempt, run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool beforehand.

I am not able to download and install the entire MC collection because I don't have the sufficent space on my partioned OS to be able to do that. I partioned my Lion 10.7.4 OS only 32GB and I have about 11GB left to use to make this run. Thank you for the cleaner, I did use that and it the only thing that was left to be removed was the adobe air. I am able to just choose the Photoshop from the adobe installer but I keep on getting the same error message as shown above in the pictures.
