Install & Launch ACC

Hi! After downloading Adobe Creative Cloud, I cannot manage to launch it, it seems nothing's behind the icon, i double-click but nothing happens. So I cannot install Illustrator for which I paid for this morning. I tried every solution they offer on the Support & Help, but nothing works. I chatted online and received a message, tried to uninstall, reboot, and delete some hidden files etc... nothing works either. Thank you!
