install legacy java SE 6 runtime

hi i just got a new harddisk i my macbook (El Capitan), and then i installed my (old) cs4. Now when i am trying to open photoshop ore one of the other programs, i get this info.. "you need to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime" and when i try to install that i get the info "Can't be installed on this disk. A newer version of this package is already installed". Any idea what to do..?
