Install Lightroom CC on a new Computer

Dear all, I am trying to install Lightroom CC on to a new Laptop. After having downloaded the application from my Adobe profile, the Adobe Creative Cloud reload this circle forever. No progresses at all.

Anyone can help how to solve the problem ?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
