Install Lightroom from Adobe France While I live in Japan

Hello, I just bought an abonnement to Lightroom by Adobe France, because I'm French. But I live in Japan. I didn't buy from Adobe Japan because it's in Japanese.

I could download the installer but I can't install the program. I think I can't do it because it's the French system which is not available to use in Japan.

But now I'm stuck, because I pay for that with my credit card but I can't cancel it as I couldn't start it on my computer, they will keep charging it every month if I don't cancel it or install it. But I can't do any of those operation... From my profile on abode it's just write "you will soon be able to control your formule" (in French), but as long as I didn't install it I can't control it. And as I can't install it, I'm stuck... But I started to pay...

I hope I'm clear enough as english is not my mother language.

Need your help as I can't contact adobe yet because it's week day...

From the FAQ:

"Your billing address and credit card need to be in the country where you purchase.

An Internet connection is required the first time you install and license your desktop apps, but you can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license. The desktop apps will attempt to validate your software licenses every 30 days".

You should not need to have the software installed to cancel your subscription - you need to cancel it and should be able to do it thru your account online.
