Install Lr 6 without CC

I bought Lr 6 back in 2015, installed it in this laptop. But, cannot access it now. Only can use Lr 5.

I have the serial number; don't pay for CC.

Help !!! How do I get this product installed again ?

In the end, I was able to get this issue resolved because I had kept and called the 800 phone number. Talking to a person to fix the problem was great ! On to happy editing.

If I understand it, I have no option but to be a CC "subscriber". Does this include a monthly fee ? Gee, when I bought the Lr 6 programme that was not my expectation going forward. Lr 6 was installed here but not working now. Do I have to pay for monthly/annual CC to be able to use Lr 6 ? Thanks, Gail
