Install not Update Apps

I had my Windows 8 computer system restored and so I lost all of my installed programs. I downloaded Creative Cloud desktop in order to install my lost Apps (namely Photoshop and InDesign) but it only says UPDATE and the option to install the two apps aren't there. I tried updating the apps but seeing how they're both not installed in my system, an error always shows.

How do I get to download Photoshop and InDesign again? I have a creative cloud membership.
