install older version of adobe illustrator

I do see that you have a newer individual subscription, but the email address you are using is managed by an educational institution. If you need an older version of our applications, check with your school. If it is required for a class, then the school’s Creative Cloud plan administrator will have the files you need. The installation files may not work with your individual subscription, so check with them to find out how to access the plan they manage.
