As I put down the computer program used to install new windows, making Adobe cloud it has gone down today, I tried the new program. Can not do it So I want to know What to do

Are you upgrading from Windows 8 to 10? Can you be more specific?

If your Creative Cloud programs are gone, go to this download link: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud and download Creative Cloud desktop (in the lower right corner, when you scroll down, red Application icon). That is what you can use to install or update all your Creative Cloud Programs.
