Install Ps and Lr WITHOUT Creative Cloud

I am migrating to a new computer and wondering whether I can install Ps and Lr without the dreaded Creative Cloud app. I hate it. It's a hog. It's intrusive, it gets in the way. It clutters my computer which is a Mac, and I hate clutter.

I know some disagree but I'm not interested in reasons why I should love it. I'm only after how I can not install it. Legally if possible.
