Installaing Adobe professional 2020

Hi everyone! I upgraded to Apple Tahoe, and now my Adobe Professional 2020, for which I bought a perpetual license, is not accessible. You need to sign-in to your Adobe account as soon as you launch a pdf. Put in the e-mail and password, and Adobe quits. I can sign in to my Adobe account on Chrome, no problem. It seems Adobe is not upgrading to Taho for my Adobe Professional 2020, for which I bought a perpetual license. Anyone looking at class action yet?

Class action for what?!  A perpetual license is for the life of the software, not the user’s lifetime.

Old apps do not receive upgrades to support newer devices. Never have, never will. All computer apps reach End of Life eventually, usually 3-5 years after purchase.  In case you missed the announcement, Adobe ended Support for Acrobat 2020 in November 2025. It may or may not perform well on newer devices. That’s the risk you take with unsupported apps.

    REPLACEMENTS:

Free Acrobat Reader & Online PDF tools.

    Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Studio

    Good luck.

FIXED IT!!!!!!  I downloaded the original Adobe Professional 2020 from my account. I uninstalled on the new computer that has Tahoe.. Re-installed. GOLDEN!  The problem was that there was a patch or upgrade for Mac Adobe Pro last year. That was the thing creating all the problems. By uninstalling, problem solved. We love Adobe Professional 2020. Now I can send the old computer to Apple for that trade-in...

There isn’t an application called Adobe Professional. Do you mean Acrobat?
